Bitcasino Canada: One Character off the Register

In short — our verdict: 6.4/10 — Bitcasino.io is an Anjouan-licensed casino whose footer prints licence ALSI-202509076-F12 three times, with a digit where the register keeps a letter. Search the register for the printed string and it answers 0 of 1343 licences.

We typed the licence number straight out of the Bitcasino footer into the Anjouan register and got an empty table back. One character later, FI2 instead of F12, the same register returned a valid licence held by EZ Spins Ltd and running to .

What this measures: how much this operator publishes and how much of it we could verify against its own pages and the licence register — not how good the casino is. A criterion the operator does not publish scores five, not zero. the full test method lists every criterion and its weight.

  • The licence itself is sound: EZ Spins Ltd holds ALSI-202509076-FI2 as a b2c licence valid to .
  • The restricted-jurisdictions list gets a page to itself instead of a paragraph in the terms, and Canada is absent from it.
  • One licence covers three brands at once, bitcasino.io, livecasino.io and sportsbet.io, which shows up in the register record and stays out of the footer.
  • The footer number is wrong in the single way that matters, so a reader who checks it the obvious way comes back empty.
  • Everything about an ETH deposit stays unpublished: the chain, the confirmation count, and a minimum handed off to a help page that served only a menu.

The One Character Bitcasino Gets Wrong

The footer prints the licence as ALSI-202509076-F12, three times over, and the Anjouan register keeps it as ALSI-202509076-FI2. The difference is a digit one standing where the register has a capital I. Paste the printed version into the register's search box and the counter answers 0 of 1343 licences, with an empty table underneath it.

Anjouan register searched for F12, returning 0 of 1343
The register searched for the number exactly as the footer prints it. The counter reads 0 of 1343 licences and the results table is empty. Source: our own screenshot.

We ran it twice, because an empty result usually means we mistyped something. The second attempt produced the same empty table, and only changing that one character brought a row back.

What comes back then is a full record: EZ Spins Ltd, status Valid, licence type b2c, issued , expiring . The holder matches the footer and the issue date matches the footer. The number diverges, and the site leaves a reader without any way to learn that.

One Licence, Three Casino Brands

The register row covers three domains at once: bitcasino.io, livecasino.io and sportsbet.io. The footer skips all of that, so a reader who stays on the site would finish unaware that the licence being checked is shared.

Same register searched for FI2, one valid EZ Spins Ltd row
The same search with a capital I in place of the digit: one row, EZ Spins Ltd, status Valid, type b2c, to , covering three domains. Source: our own screenshot.

That breaks nothing, and it is worth knowing anyway. A single licence across three brands means a single regulatory decision reaches all three, and the register is the only place that relationship appears.

What Bitcasino Says About Canada

Canada is absent from the restricted list, and here the absence earns its weight. Bitcasino publishes the list on a page of its own rather than inside the terms, and the terms define those jurisdictions as the ones restricted by its gaming licence. We read that page in full and searched it for canada and for ontario: neither appears.

Set it beside Cloudbet, which leaves the list unpublished altogether. A reader can check their own country against Bitcasino's page in seconds, and by that measure this is the better practice of the two by a wide margin.

Read the penalty clause before leaning on any of it, though. Clause 3.3 says that for play from a restricted jurisdiction "any winnings and rewards will be confiscated", so the cost of getting the territory question wrong falls on the player alone.

Bitcasino Names Its Regulator Twice

One footer, two names for the same authority. The licensing paragraph credits the "Offshore License Authority of Anjouan", and a second copy of the same paragraph further down the same page credits "the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan". The register's own name for itself is the Anjouan Gaming Authority, which makes three forms in play.

The variation hides nothing, though it says something about how closely the footer was read before it shipped.

The operating company sits in Anjouan too: EZ Spins Ltd, registration number 16159, registered address Hamchako, Mutamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Company and regulator in one small jurisdiction is a weaker arrangement for a reader than two separate ones, because both ends of the chain answer to the same place.

The ETH Detail Runs Out Here

Native ETH is accepted and the rest stays dark. The deposit chain is absent, the confirmation count is absent, and the minimum deposit is handed off: the terms say the amounts "can be found in our Help Centre". We opened that page and it returned a navigation menu and nothing else, so we record the minimum as unverified rather than guess a figure.

The warning attached to that unpublished number is blunt. Deposits below the minimum are "void and will not be credited", and "smaller deposits will not be summed". A reader is told that an undersized deposit is lost, and pointed at a page that failed to load.

Bitcasino's Two Weak Points

The two weak points are a licence number that resolves to nothing as printed and an ETH deposit route with nothing published about it. The first is the whole reason this page exists: the obvious verification route fails for everyone who tries it, and the site drops zero hints that the register spells the string differently. The second is the ETH side, where an unnamed chain, a missing confirmation count and an unreadable minimum all sit beside a confiscation clause.

The provably fair page explains server seeds, client seeds and nonces at length. Our capture of it held zero input fields, so the explainer stands alone, and we verified zero rounds here.

Better Served Somewhere Else

We do not recommend Bitcasino to a reader who wants to verify the licence from the site alone, because that route returns an empty table. Verification does work, though only through the register, and only after correcting a character the operator got wrong.

For a reader who checks territory restrictions before anything else, that published list is a real advantage over an operator offering only self-certification.

Before You Copy That Number

Type the licence number into the Anjouan register yourself, and if the counter reads zero, replace the digit one in F12 with a capital I and search again. Read the restricted-jurisdictions page rather than the terms, because that is where the list actually lives. Ask support in writing for the minimum ETH deposit and the confirmation count, and keep the answer, since the terms point at a page that failed to load for us.

If the register stays empty for both spellings, stop there and skip the deposit.

Key Terms Used on This Page

ALSI number
The Anjouan licence format; Bitcasino prints ALSI-202509076-F12 while the register keeps ALSI-202509076-FI2 for the same holder.
b2c
The licence type in the register row for EZ Spins Ltd, business to consumer, running to .
Restricted Jurisdiction
The term Bitcasino defines for countries its licence bars; the published list omits Canada, and clause 3.3 strips winnings from play there.
Hosted verifier
A tool on the operator's own site that rebuilds a round from its seeds; Bitcasino's page offered none in our capture.

This site takes no deposits and runs no identity checks; both stay off it entirely.

What Else Do Readers Ask?

Almost every question about Bitcasino comes back to the licence number, because the one printed in the footer and the one in the register differ by a single character. The answers below give both, and say which register row each comes from.

Is Bitcasino's licence real?

Yes. The Anjouan register returns EZ Spins Ltd, ALSI-202509076-FI2, status Valid, type b2c, running from to .

Why does the printed licence number fail in the register?

The footer prints F12, with a digit one standing in for a capital I, so the printed string matches no record.

Does Bitcasino restrict Canadian players?

No. Canada appears neither in the terms nor on the separately published restricted-jurisdictions page, which we read in full and searched.

What happens to someone playing from a restricted country?

Clause 3.3 says any winnings and rewards will be confiscated, so the whole cost of a territory mistake lands on the player.

How many brands does one licence cover?

Three: bitcasino.io, livecasino.io and sportsbet.io, all listed in the single register row for EZ Spins Ltd, under one b2c entry.

What is the minimum ETH deposit?

Minimum deposits stay unpublished. The terms point at the Help Centre, the page we opened held only navigation, and the figure is therefore unverified.

Is the provably fair page a verifier?

No. The page runs through seeds and nonces, our capture found no input field at all, and we checked zero rounds.

How do we test an operator?

We copy the licence number from the footer, search the regulator's register for it exactly, search again for any corrected spelling, and record both results.
