Cloudbet Casino Canada: Fees Named, Countries Not

In short — our verdict: 6.4/10 — Cloudbet is the one operator of the eight we read that prints a withdrawal fee for every chain it credits, 0.00000424 ETH on Ethereum mainnet. Cloudbet also leaves its prohibited-territory list unpublished entirely.

A Canadian can price a Cloudbet withdrawal to the eighth decimal and still cannot tell whether the account is allowed. The fee page names four chains and a 0.0002 ETH minimum. The terms skip prohibited countries entirely and hand the legal question back to the reader.

What this measures: how much this operator publishes and how much of it we could verify against its own pages and the licence register — not how good the casino is. A criterion the operator does not publish scores five, not zero. the full test method lists every criterion and its weight.

  • Cloudbet names every chain it will credit for ETH, four of them, and prices each one; mBit Casino names a single protocol and six name nothing.
  • A withdrawal needs at least 0.0002 ETH on any of the four, and a deposit carries a zero fee in each.
  • One sentence of the terms carries the company, its number 148526, the licence code and a date, four identifiers in one place, though Bitcasino.io packs six into its footer.
  • That date, , disagrees with the in the register, and nobody explains the gap.
  • The document skips the prohibited-territory list entirely, which leaves a reader with nothing to check their own province against.

Four Chains, Named by Cloudbet

The four chains Cloudbet names are Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain and Base, and its fee page lists them for ETH. It is the only one of the eight sites we opened that prices each chain separately, and one of two that say which chain they credit at all, which matters because the wrong chain loses the money. The withdrawal minimum is the same 0.0002 ETH in all four, and the deposit fee is 0 in all four. Its own wording on that second point is flat: "Cloudbet does not charge deposit fees."

That one list does more for a reader than every trust badge on the site put together. mBit Casino answers the same question in one line, ERC-20 and nothing else, and the remaining six leave the chain unnamed, so their players are guessing from habit. Habit is what sends ETH over BNB Smart Chain to an address that only watches mainnet.

The Fee That Moved While We Read It

Our first capture on put the BNB Smart Chain withdrawal fee at 0.00000167 ETH. Hours later the same live page read 0.00000166 ETH, while the other three chains held: 0.00000424 on Ethereum, 0.000000467 on Arbitrum, 0.000000143 on Base.

So every figure in the table above is a reading with a timestamp rather than a price, and Cloudbet says as much itself. Withdrawal rates "are determined by the blockchain network and can fluctuate without notice due to factors such as network congestion". We would have missed this on a single pass, which is the argument for reading a money page twice.

What Cloudbet Says About Canada

Nothing at all, and the silence is larger than it looks. We searched the whole terms document for canada and for ontario, and both searches came back empty. A prohibited-territory list is missing from the document entirely. In place of a list there is clause 7.1.2, which says Cloudbet does "not accept registration from persons resident in jurisdictions that prohibit" the activity.

That hands the legal question to the reader, who then has to decide whether their own province prohibits it. For transparency that reads worse than a published blacklist rather than better. A named list lets somebody check their own case in seconds; self-certification leaves them guessing.

The Date That Doesn't Match

The date that doesn't match is the issue date. Cloudbet's terms say , and row 226 of the Curacao register says , nearly six months later. Everything else on that row holds. Cloudbet prints four identifiers inside one sentence of its terms, though Bitcasino.io packs six into its footer: the company Halcyon Super Holdings BV, company number 148526, licence OGL/2024/328/0599 and that issue date. The register confirms the first three and parts company only on the fourth.

Which date is right, we cannot tell from outside, and nobody should pretend otherwise. What stands is that two documents disagree. The register's status column reads "Assessment in progress", and the authority's register page warns that its overviews do not guarantee a licence is currently valid. The expiry column on that row reads , a date already behind us. The date is a fact about the register entry rather than a claim about the licence.

KYC: A Right, Not a Rule

Clause 7.1.5 claims the right to run checks "at any time as we deem necessary", and a threshold figure is missing from everything we read. The triggering event is left out as well, so the moment of verification stays with the operator.

Set that beside Shuffle.com, which puts the check before a first withdrawal in writing. Cloudbet is far ahead on money detail and behind on this one, which is why a single overall impression of an operator is usually wrong.

Gaps in the Cloudbet Record

The confirmation count is missing, and clause 7.5.11 suggests a choice rather than an oversight. Deposits are credited "following the number of network confirmations required for the relevant cryptocurrency". The number itself is left out of the very sentence that promises it. The minimum deposit is unpublished as well, because that fee table covers payouts only. Bonus terms were absent from everything we read, which leaves the percentage, the multiple and the expiry all unreported here.

The provably fair page claims two tools, a game verification tool and a server seed verification tool. Our capture of that page contained zero input fields. Described and working are different states, and we verified zero rounds at this operator.

Readers Better Served Elsewhere

We do not recommend the BNB Smart Chain route for a first Cloudbet deposit. The reason sits in our own two readings: it was the single fee of the four that moved inside one day. Ethereum mainnet held at 0.00000424 ETH across both reads, which makes it the duller and the safer first move.

A reader who needs to know in advance whether their province is permitted should also look elsewhere. This operator leaves that list unpublished.

Before You Send ETH to Cloudbet

Open the fee page and read the row for your own chain rather than a figure somebody quoted at you. Figures there can move between breakfast and lunch. Check that the chain your exchange withdraws over is one of the four named there. Then ask support in writing how many confirmations a deposit needs, because clause 7.5.11 leaves the number out.

If your exchange only supports a chain missing from that list, don't improvise. Withdraw over Ethereum mainnet, pay the higher network fee, and keep the deposit recoverable.

What Else Do Readers Ask?

Most questions about Cloudbet are money questions, because it publishes more money detail than the other seven sites we read. The answers below carry the date we read each figure, since two of them changed inside a day.

Does Cloudbet accept players from Canada?

No answer is published. The terms skip Canada and Ontario alike and carry no territory list, so clause 7.1.2 leaves the judgement with the reader.

Which chains does Cloudbet credit for ETH?

Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain and Base. The withdrawal minimum is 0.0002 ETH in each and the deposit fee is 0 in each.

How much does a Cloudbet withdrawal cost?

Withdrawal fees read 0.00000424 ETH on Ethereum and 0.000000143 ETH on Base when we opened the page on .

Do those fees change?

Yes. The BNB Smart Chain fee moved from 0.00000167 to 0.00000166 ETH within hours of our first reading on the same day.

Is the licence confirmed in a register?

Yes. The Curacao register holds OGL/2024/328/0599 at row 226 for Halcyon Super Holdings BV, under the status Assessment in progress.

Why do the licence dates differ?

Cloudbet prints an issue date of ; the register records . Neither document explains the gap, and we cannot resolve it.

When does Cloudbet ask for identity documents?

Clause 7.1.5 reserves checks whenever the operator deems them necessary, with neither a threshold figure nor a triggering event published anywhere we could read.

How do we test an operator?

We read the terms and fee pages, quote each figure with the date we read it, then search the register by number.
